Skills Victoria Apprentice of the YearWe are pleased to announce that two of our students have been selected as a finalists for the Skills Victoria Apprentice of the Year Award in the ASBA (Australian School Based Apprenticeship) category. The four finalists have been selected after a written application, and an interview with a SKills Victoria selection panel. To have gained two of the four positions available in the final is remarkable and our congratulations go out to Melissa (Certificate III in Laboratory Skills) and Kara (Certificate III in Government School Support Services) for this very fine achievement. Each finalist is guaranteed $500.00 and a certificate. The ultimate winner will receive $10,000 and proceed to the Australian Apprentice of the Year Awards. The Awards Ceremony will take place at Crown Palladium on August 20 2009. Return to the News page |
